AIN

121 I have executed judgment and justice: leave me
not to mine oppressor.
122 Answer for thy servant in that which is good,
and let not the proud oppress me. (a)
123 Mine eyes have failed in waiting for thy salvation,
and for thy just promise.
124 Deal with thy servant according to thy mercy,
and teach me thy statutes.
125 I am thy servant: grant me therefore understanding,
that I may know thy testimonies.
126 It is time for thee, Lord, to work: for they have
destroyed thy Law.
127 Therefore love I thy commandments above
gold, yea, above most fine gold. (b)
128 Therefore I esteem all thy precepts most just,
and hate all false ways
(a) Verse 122
Job 17:3
Lay down now, and put me in surety for thee:
who is he, that will touch mine hand?
Hebrews 7:22
By so much is Jesus made a surety of a better
Testament.

(b) Verse 127
Psalm 19:10
And more to be desired than gold, yea, than
much fine gold: sweeter also than honey, and the
honeycomb.
Matthew 13:44 - 46
44 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto
a treasure hid in the field, which when a man hath
found, he hideth it, and for joy thereof departeth, and
selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.
45 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like to a
merchant man that seeketh good pearls,
46 Who having found a pearl of great price, went
and sold all that he had and bought it.
Matthew 19:21
Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect,
go, sell that thou hast, and give it to the poor, and
thou shalt have treasure in heaven, and come, and
follow me.

113 I hate vain inventions: but thy Law do I love (a)
114 Thou art my refuge and shield, and I trust in
thy word. (b)
115 Away from me, ye wicked: for I will keep the
commandments of my God. (c)
116 Stablish me according to thy promise, that I
may live, and disappoint me not of mine hope.
117 Stay thou me, and I shall be safe, and I will
delight continually in thy statutes.
118 Thou hast trodden down all them that depart
from thy statutes: for their deceit is vain.
119 Thou hast taken away all the wicked of the
earth like dross: therefore I love thy testimonies.
120 My flesh trembleth for fear of thee, and I am
afraid of thy judgments.

(a) Verse 113
Exodus 5:9
Lay more work upon the men, and cause them
to do it, and let them not regard vain words
Job 11:11
For he knoweth vain men, and seeth iniquity,
and him that understandeth nothing
1 Corinthians 3:20
And again, The Lord knoweth that the thoughts
of the wise be vain.

Ephesians 6:13 - 17
13 For this cause take unto you the whole armor
of God, that ye may be able to resist in the 2evil day,
and having finished all things, stand fast.
14 Stand therefore, and your loins girded about
with verity, and having on the breastplate of righteousness,
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of
the Gospel of peace.
16 Above all, take the shield of Faith, wherewith
ye may quench all the fiery darts of the wicked,
17 And take the helmet of Salvation, and the
sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
(c) Verse 115
Psalm 6:8
Away from me all ye workers of iniquity: for
the Lord hath heard the voice of my weeping

and him only shalt thou serve.

you, depart from me ye that work iniquity.

and rebuked Peter, saying, Get thee behind
me, Satan: for thou understandest not the things
that are of God, but the things that are of men.

Submit yourselves to God: resist the devil,
and he will flee from you.
